论述了反渗透的机理和影响因素。研究了反渗透脱盐装置在华北某石化企业的应用情况,并针对生产过程中出现的因水温低和水中含余氯而影响装置产出水量和脱盐率的问题进行了改造,对反渗透脱盐装置的工业应用具有借鉴意义。

This paper discusses the mechanism and influencing factors of reverse osmosis.The application of reverse osmosis desalination plant in a petrochemical enterprise in North China was studied,and the problems of production water and desalination rate were affected by low temperature and residual chlorine in the production process.Which is of great significance to the industrial application of reverse osmosis desalination plant.
