所谓的绿色化学工程技术,指的是在已有化学技术的基础上,加大研究力度,改善生产的技术和方法,降低甚至消除对环境、人体有害的原材料的投入和有害物质的产生,同时达到节能减排的作用。探讨了如何对绿色化学工程技术进行开发、这项新技术在化学工业中应该用于那些方面,以及在如何在大时代的背景下促进这项技术的发展,希望能够起到一定的引导作用。
