摘要 受低油价影响,勘探开发低成本趋势明显。河南油田经过多年的注水开发调整,在储层内形成横向、纵向上较大的层间压差,欠压层增多,钻井过程中容易发生井漏等复杂情况,导致水泥浆低返,需要使用低密度水泥浆降低环空液柱压力。常用的减轻剂如漂珠等成本高,容易分层,新型减轻材料成本低、易干混均匀,注水泥浆时不容易分层且抗压强度高,可在减少成本的基础上有效地提高固井质量。 Due to the impact of low oil prices,the trend of low cost of exploration and development is obvious.After years of water injection development and adjustment,Henan Oilfield has formed large lateral and longitudinal pressure differences in the reservoir,and the under-pressure layer is increased.It is prone to complicated cases such as lost circulation during the drilling process,resulting in low return of cement slurry.The low-density cement slurry reduces the pressure of the annular liquid column.The commonly used reducing agents such as floating beads are high in cost and easy to stratify.The new type reduces the material cost and is easy to dry and mix evenly.When the cement slurry is injected,it is not easy to stratify and the compressive strength is high.The cementing quality can be effectively improved on the basis of cost reduction.
