摘要 精馏方法中出现的各种反学反应具有不同的作用,有的对精馏具有促进作用,有的用精馏来促进反应,其目的是一致的,即使反应转化率和收率得以提升。醇加酸反应属于酯化反应,具有可逆性,在精馏塔中实施此反应,化学反应和精馏同时进行,生成物酯和水能够被及时分离。反应以酯化为发展方向,并具有持续性。这种精馏不但使化学反应得以完成,并分离了产物,以上操作是在同一设备内完成的,降低了设备投资费用,操作费用也随之下降。 The various anti-study reactions appearing in the rectification process have different effects,some have a promoting effect on rectification,and some use rectification to promote the reaction.The purpose is consistent,even if the reaction conversion rate and yield are obtained.Upgrade.The alcohol-added acid-forming water belongs to an esterification reaction and is reversible.The reaction is carried out in a rectification column,and the chemical reaction and rectification are carried out simultaneously,and the product ester and water can be separated in time.The reaction takes esterification as the direction of development and is sustainable.This rectification not only completes the chemical reaction,but also separates the product.The above operation is completed in the same equipment,which reduces the investment cost of the equipment and reduces the operating cost.
