摘要
采用NY/T 1121.6-2006(土壤检测第6部分:土壤有机质的测定)对土壤样品进行检测,通过对实验过程分析,建立数学模型,确定不确定度各个分量,量化不确定分量,并对这些分量进行合成,最终求得有机质扩展不确定度,其结果能如实地反映测量的置信概率和准确度。
This paper uses NY/T 1121.6-2006(Soil Detection Part 6 :Determination of Soil Organic Matter)to detect soil samples.Through the analysis of the experimental process,a mathematical model is established to determine the components of uncertainty,quantify the uncertainties,and synthesize these components.Finally,the expanded uncertainties of organic matter are obtained,and the results can truthfully reflect the confidence of the measurement.Rate and accuracy.
