摘要
为了满足勘探开发过程中井下电缆作业,尤其是高能气体压裂作业的井控安全要求,结合现有防喷器的结构类型,设计了壳体与法兰可拆分的分体式防喷器;通过壳体与法兰的分体变径设计,解决了防喷器的重量、耐压等级、通径三方面互相制约的矛盾。
In order to meet the well control safety requirements of underground cable operation during exploration and development,especially for high energy gas fracturing operations,combined with the structure type of existing blowout preventer,a split-type anti-separation of shell and flange is designed.The sprayer;through the split reduction design of the shell and the flange,solves the contradiction between the three aspects of the weight,pressure level and diameter of the blowout preventer.
