摘要
化工废水的处理问题直接关系到我国水资源循环再利用事业的发展,一直以来受到了全社会的关注,但是化工废水循环利用工艺的种类较多,每种工艺对化工废水的处理效果不同,那么,如何在众多工艺中选择较为经济合理的处理方式显得尤为重要。主要针对化工废水深入处理循环利用工程设计进行了研究,对工程设计中的工艺选比环节进行重点研究,在SBR工艺、A^2/O工艺、MUCT工艺三类不同的处理工艺中进行选择,最终确定最适合化工废水深度处理循环利用的工艺技术,推动我国水资源循环再利用事业的发展。
The treatment of chemical wastewater is directly related to the development of water recycling in China.The treatment of chemical wastewater has always been concerned by the whole society,but the types of chemical wastewater recycling processes are relatively different.The treatment effect of chemical wastewater is different.Therefore,how to choose a more economical and reasonable treatment method among many processes is particularly important.This paper mainly studies the engineering design of chemical wastewater in-depth treatment and recycling,mainly focusing on the process selection process in engineering design,and selecting the three different treatment processes in SBR process,A2/O process and MUCT process.Finally,it points out the most suitable process technology for the deep treatment and recycling of chemical wastewater,and promotes the development of China’s water resources recycling.
