旋转式双分离器液气分离技术研究

摘要 实践证明,从地层直接进入井底或在套管柱中分离出来的自由气体,给电泵采油带来很大的困难。自由气进入离心泵后,使泵的排量、扬程和效率下降,工作不稳定,甚至出现欠载停机等情况,因此此设计了液气分离器来进行液气分离,以消除自由气对泵的有害影响。但是有的油井气液容积比很大,使用单节分离器很难达到理想的液气分离的效果,所以针对这种情况,在旋转式单级分离器的基础上,提出利用旋转式双分离器对游离气体进行两次分离的方案,以提高机组的排气效率,保证机组的正常运行,并尝试设计可靠性更高的一体加长分离器以达到同样的目的。 Practice has proved that the free gas that enters the bottom of the well directly from the stratum or is separated in the casing string brings great difficulties to the electric pump.After the free gas enters the centrifugal pump,the displacement,head and efficiency of the pump are reduced,the work is unstable,and even the underload is stopped.Therefore,a liquid-gas separator is designed for liquid-gas separation to eliminate the free gas to the pump.The harmful effects.However,some oil wells have a large gasliquid volume ratio.It is difficult to achieve the ideal liquid-gas separation effect with a single-section separator.Therefore,based on the rotary single-stage separator,we propose to use the rotary double.The separator separates the free gas twice to improve the exhaust efficiency of the unit,ensure the normal operation of the unit,and try to design a more reliable integrated lengthening separator to achieve the same purpose.
