摘要
设备法兰螺栓预紧力可以通过相关标准计算给出,但是实际螺栓上紧时需要给出指导性的预紧力矩以方便操作。当前相关国家标准中未给出统一的预紧力矩计算方法。通过研究当前国标中两种法兰螺栓预紧力矩计算方法,并结合林德内部的预紧力矩计算标准给出计算方法。再结合林德公司漕泾6项目的一台换热器的设备法兰实例计算,并在车间进行泄漏试验,验证当前预紧力矩计算方法的可靠性。
Pre-tightening force of flange bolts of equipment can be calculated by relevant standards,but it is necessary to give guiding pre-tightening moment when bolts are tightened to facilitate operation.At present,there is no unified calculation method of pretightening moment in relevant national standards.In this paper,two calculation methods of pre-tightening moment of flange bolts in current national standards are studied,and the calculation method is given in combination with Linde internal pre-tightening moment calculation standard.Combined with the calculation of equipment flange of a heat exchanger in Caojing 6 project of Linde Company,leakage test is carried out in the workshop to verify the reliability of the current calculation method of pre-tightening moment.
