摘要
研究了高硬度、高碱度极限水质条件下,常用阻垢对硬度、碱度的耐受性能。通过固定钙离子浓度,不断提高循环水中碱的浓度,测定阻垢剂的耐碱度;同样固定碳酸氢根的浓度,提高水质的硬度,测定阻垢剂的耐硬度性能。测试结果可以有效指导企业生产中药剂的选择和用量的控制。
This paper studies the tolerance of scale inhibition to hardness and alkalinity under the condition of high hardness and high alkalinity limit water quality.The alkali resistance of scale inhibitor was determined by fixing the concentration of calcium ion and increasing the alkali concentration in circulating water.The hardness of water was improved by fixing the concentration of bicarbonate,and the hardness resistance of scale inhibitor was determined.The test results can effectively guide the selection and dosage control of pharmaceutical agents in enterprise production.
