往复压缩机工艺管道振动分析及消减措施

摘要 石油化工行业中必不可少的设备是往复压缩机,不但直接决定着石油化工企业的生产效率,还在很大程度上影响着企业的经济效益。在往复压缩机工作的过程中常常会出现工艺管道振动的情况,这主要是由管道结构的特殊性和气体介质系统造成的,会给往复压缩机带来巨大的损害,进而影响到往复压缩机运行的安全性和可靠性。主要对往复压缩机工艺管道振动原因进行分析和探讨,并且提出了消减措施。 The indispensable equipment in petrochemical industry is reciprocating compressor,which not only directly determines the production efficiency of petrochemical enterprises,but also greatly affects their economic benefits.In the process of reciprocating compressor operation,pipeline vibration often occurs,which is mainly caused by the particularity of pipeline structure and gas medium system,which will bring great damage to reciprocating compressor and further affect the safety and reliability of reciprocating compressor operation.This article mainly analyzes and discusses the reason of reciprocating compressor pipeline vibration,and provides some reduction measures for reference only.
