Relevant Analysis of Production Technology and Product Performance of Nitrate Phosphate Fertilizer

硝酸磷肥是氮磷二元复合肥料,以及复混肥料二次加工的重要组成部分之一,对我国农业以及化肥行业的发展起着不替代的巨大作用。阐述了冷冻法、硫酸酸解盐法、磷酸法三种硝酸磷肥的生产工艺,并通过利用率特别高、养分供应较为稳定等五个方面说明硝酸磷肥的产品性能。

Nitrate and phosphorus fertilizer is one of the important components of nitrogen and phosphorus binary compound fertilizer and the secondary processing of compound fertilizer,which plays an irreplaceable role in the development of agriculture and fertilizer industry in China.Therefore,the production process of nitrate phosphate fertilizer will be described by three methods:freezing method,sulfuric acid hydrolysis method and phosphoric acid method.Secondly,the product performance of nitrate phosphate fertilizer will be illustrated by five aspects:high utilization rate and stable nutrient supply.
