摘要
在液化天然气储配站设计过程中,设计人员需要保障低温管道保冷层厚度的合理性,从而降低运输过程中的冷量损失,保障储配站的稳定运行。基于此,以低温管道的保冷计算作为研究对象,介绍了三种低温管道保冷层厚度计算方法,并结合具体案例,分析了低温管道保冷层厚度计算的具体流程,以期为液化天然气储配站设计人员提供理论帮助。
In the design process of LNG storage and distribution station,designers need to ensure the rationality of cryogenic pipeline cold insulation layer thickness,so as to reduce the cold loss during transportation and ensure the stable operation of storage and distribution station.Based on this,this paper takes the calculation of cryogenic pipeline as the research object,introduces three methods of calculating the thickness of cryogenic pipeline’s cryogenic layer,and analyses the concrete flow of calculating the thickness of cryogenic pipeline’s cryogenic layer combined with specific cases,in order to provide theoretical help for the designers of LNG storage and distribution stations.
