摘要
通常现场天然气硫化氢检测采样化验工作需要采样到化验室后进行分析,化验结果可靠性差。通过对天然气硫化氢采样和化验过程的工用器具改造,使用一体化手推式操作平台,携带工用具增多,使用方便,合理利用立体空间,可在现场进行采样化验,消除了试样采集后返回实验室滴定中间环节,化验结果准确,提高了工作效率。
Usually,on-site natural gas hydrogen sulfide detection,sampling and testing work needs to be sampled and analyzed in the laboratory,and the reliability of the test results is poor.Through the transformation of the industrial equipment for the sampling and testing process of natural gas hydrogen sulfide,the integrated hand-operated operating platform is used,the carrying tools are increased,the use is convenient,and the three-dimensional space is rationally utilized,and the sampling test can be performed on the spot,thereby eliminating the sample collection.Return to the intermediate part of the laboratory titration,the test results are accurate,and the work efficiency is improved.
