摘要
二甲氰乙酰脲的传统生产工艺是间歇罐式反应,劳动效率低下,自动化水平低。利用微通道技术,在高传质、传热效率下提高二甲氰乙酰脲的反应收率,实现二甲氰乙酰脲的连续化生产。
The traditional production process of dimethylcyanoacetyl urea is batch tank reaction,which has low labor efficiency and low automation level.Using microchannel technology,the yield of dimethylcyanoacetylurea was increased under high mass transfer and heat transfer efficiency,and the continuous production of dimethylcyanoacetylurea was realized.
