摘要 从环境污染角度来说,铅污染问题较为严重,成为了研究的重点。若能够实现废铅酸蓄电池铅回收再利用,对缓解资源压力,减少铅污染,有着重要的意义。针对废铅酸蓄电池铅回收清洁生产相关内容,做简单的论述。首先,分析了铅酸蓄电池生产以及回收污染。其次,对当前废铅酸蓄电池铅回收常用的工艺,做了简单的论述,结合研究实际提出了铅回收清洁生产工艺。最后,提出了清洁生产工艺发展建议。从当前我国铅污染实际来说,加大铅回收清洁生产技术的研究力度,提出有效的资源化利用方法,解决铅污染问题,提高资源利用率,有着重要的意义。就铅资源化回收利用工艺应用实际来说,火法和湿法等的应用,有着不同的优势和缺点,为提高工艺水平,还需要积极研发新工艺,提高废铅酸蓄电池铅回收清洁生产工艺水平,助力铅回收。 From the perspective of environmental pollution,the problem of lead pollution is more serious and has become the focus of research.If the lead recycling and recycling of waste lead-acid batteries can be realized,it is of great significance to alleviate resource pressure and reduce lead pollution.Now for the related content of lead-acid recycling lead-cleaning production,do a brief discussion.First,the production of lead-acid batteries and the recovery of pollution were analyzed.Secondly,a brief discussion on the common processes for lead recycling of lead-acid batteries has been made,and a lead-cleaning production process has been proposed in combination with research.Finally,suggestions for the development of clean production processes are proposed.From the actual situation of lead pollution in China,it is of great significance to increase the research on lead recycling and clean production technology,propose effective resource utilization methods,solve lead pollution problems and improve resource utilization.As far as the lead resource recycling process is applied,the application of fire method and wet method has different advantages and disadvantages.In order to improve the process level,it is necessary to actively develop new technology and improve the lead production and clean production process of waste lead-acid battery.Level,boost lead recycling.
