在全面实行环境保护与能源节约的背景下,提升高炉煤气除尘技术,强化高炉煤气的除尘效果已成为相关行业现代化建设与发展的必然趋势。随着高炉煤气除尘技术的不断创新与应用,其除尘净化技术由原有的湿法除尘发展为干式除尘(包括布袋除尘、静电除尘等)。基于此,以布袋除尘技术为例,从其相关概述入手,对布袋除尘技术在高炉煤气除尘中的应用进行了分析,并对存在的问题提出了相应意见。

Under the background of comprehensive implementation of environmental protection and energy conservation,improving the dust removal technology of blast furnace gas and strengthening the dust removal effect of blast furnace gas have become an inevitable trend of modernization construction and development of related industries.With the continuous innovation and application of blast furnace gas dedusting technology,its dust removal and purification technology has developed the original wet dust removal to dry dust removal(including bag dust removal,electrostatic dust removal,etc.).Based on this,taking the bag dust removal technology as an example,starting from its related overview,the application of bag dust removal technology in blast furnace gas dust removal was analyzed,and the corresponding problems were put forward.
