摘要
采用金属罐消解法进行溶解,研究了石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定复杂基体土壤中痕量镉、铅的方法和条件,从而建立了镉、铅的标准分析方法。通过进一步对背景吸收和原子化温度的实验,找到了测定镉、铅的最佳测量条件。另外,在所选定的实验条件下,采用塞曼效应自动扣背景,达到了理想的结果。建立的方法较为简单、灵敏、快速,不需要分离,试样经消解后即可测定。方法选择性好,精密度高,标准偏差分别为镉:0.003 4μg/g,铅:0.55μg/g。准确度亦高,与标样结果相符。
The method and conditions of direct determination of trace cadmium and lead in soils with complex matrix by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS)were studied.A standard analytical method for cadmium and lead was established.The optimum conditions for the determination of cadmium and lead were found by further experiments of background absorption and atomization temperature.In addition,under the selected experimental conditions,Zeeman effect is used to automatically deduct the background,and the ideal results are achieved.The established method is simple,sensitive and rapid,and the sample can be determined after digestion without separation.The method has good selectivity,high precision and standard deviations of cadmium:0.0034 g/g and lead:0.55 g/g,respectively.The accuracy is also high,which is consistent with the results of the sample.
