摘要
形成于20世纪的HSE管理体系从出现开始就在石油化工行业得到了广泛的应用,对企业实现科学生产管理、环境污染保护等方面起到了十分重要的作用吧。我国的石油化工行业目前正在加强企业的HSE管理体系完善,并加大了资金投入,这样的举措为我国石油化工行业的健康发展带来了巨大的效益。
HSE management system formed in the last century has been widely used in petrochemical industry since its emergence.It plays an important role in scientific production management and environmental pollution protection for enterprises.At present,China’s petrochemical industry is strengthening the HSE management system of enterprises and increasing investment.Such measures have brought great benefits to the healthy development of China’s petrochemical industry.
