摘要
在尿素生产过程中,尿素混合液需要用蒸汽进行相应的分解,而所产生的气体温度非常高,需要利用循环水进行冷却,并且还应当对物料进行回收利用。二氧化碳汽提法尿素工艺的节能探索已经进行了很长时间,主要阐述了如何更换气提器,提高汽提效率。同时,还简述了CO_2汽提法尿素工艺的节能措施。
In the production process of urea,the mixture of urea needs to be decomposed by steam,and the temperature of the produced gas is very high.It needs to be cooled by circulating water,and the material should be recycled.The energy-saving exploration of the carbon dioxide stripping urea process has been explored for a long time.This paper mainly explains how to replace the stripper and improve the stripping ef?ciency.At the same time,the energy saving measures of the CO2 stripping urea process were brie?y described.
