流化床造粒系统具有高故障和高维护频率。通过长期的运行和维护经验,总结分析了造粒系统流化床造粒机,振动筛和破碎机日常运行中三个关键设备的常见故障原因,提出相应的预防和改进措施。
Fluidized bed granulation systems have high failure and high maintenance frequency.Through long-term operation and maintenance experience,the common causes of failure of three key equipments in the daily operation of the granulation system?uidized bed granulator,vibrating screen and crusher are summarized and analyzed,and corresponding prevention and improvement measures are proposed.
