摘要
立管底部临时固定对于陆上预安装立管尤为重要,会直接影响到海上安装时立管的就位情况及后期膨胀弯的连接。在之前某深水项目中就曾出现过导管架就位后立管发生扭转,底部法兰朝向发生变化的现象。鉴于此工程问题的需求,为避免立管发生转动风险,设计一种新型的固定效果良好且拆除方便的临时固定结构迫在眉睫。
Positioning and connection of expansion bend in later stage.In a previous deepwater project,there was a phenomenon that the riser was twisted after the jacket was in place,and the direction of the bottom flange changed.In view of the need of this engineering problem,in order to avoid the risk of riser rotation,it is urgent to design a new type of temporary?xed structure with good?xed effect and convenient removal.
