摘要 由于海洋油气田相较于陆地油气田的投资和操作成本更高,不能确保高效低成本开拓的边际油气田有很多。利用何种方法进行有效、快捷、经济、安全的开发海洋边际油气田,在现在世界石油资源日益不足的状况之下,有着尤其重要的意义,是保证原油产量的重要来源。而处于海洋边际油气田开发工程中核心环节中的仪控技术,是海洋边际油气田多方向工程的指挥中心和保驾护航的保证。海洋边际油气田的稳定开发,离不开仪控技术的良好运行与发挥。 Because the investment and operation cost of offshore oil and gas?elds are higher than that of terrestrial oil and gas?elds,there are many marginal oil and gas?elds that can not be exploited ef?ciently and economically.It is of great signi?cance to develop marine marginal oil and gas?elds effectively,quickly,economically and safely by which method,under the situation of the increasingly insuf?cient oil resources in the world,is an important source of guaranteeing crude oil production.The instrumentation and control technology,which is at the core of the development project of marine marginal oil and gas?elds,is the command center of the multi-directional project of marine marginal oil and gas?elds and the guarantee of the protection and navigation.The stable development of offshore marginal oil and gas?elds can not be separated from the good operation and development of instrumentation and control technology.
