摘要
为了解决能在不压井的情况下实施井口控制装置(如采气树主闸阀等)的维护和更换,开展了对井口冷冻暂堵带压换阀工艺技术的研究。通过研究和现场应用,不仅掌握了冷冻装置的使用方法,还研制出了一组针对低压气井作业的低浓度、易返排暂堵剂配比。冷冻暂堵技术于2018年4月在苏里格气田开展应用,已完成14口井次带压换阀作业,充分了体现了安全、高效、低成本的工艺特点,具有极大的推广应用价值。
In order to solve the maintenance and replacement of the wellhead control device(such as the main gate valve of the gas production tree)without the killing well,the research on the technology of the temporary plugging and pressure changing valve at the wellhead is carried out.Through research and?eld application,not only the use method of the freezing device was mastered,but also a set of low concentration and easy returning temporary blocking agent ratio for low pressure gas well operation was developed.The frozen temporary blocking technology was applied in the Sulige gas?eld in April 2018.It has completed 14 well-pressure-replacement operations,which fully demonstrates the safe,ef?cient and low-cost process characteristics,and has great application value.
