摘要
对聚丙烯流化床反应器床高、床重、密度参数测量采用软测量方式。通过对比差压式测量仪表和核辐射式仪表,二者不能够实时反映循环气和混合介质密度参数变化,对反应器参数测量均存在一定误差,软测量仪表能够满足介质密度测量的需求,降低关键参数测量误差,指导工艺操作安全、平稳生产。
The soft gauge method is adopted for the measurement of bed height,bed weight and density parameters of?uidized bed polypropylene reactor.By comparing the differential pressure measuring instrument and the nuclear radiation meter,the two can not re?ect the change of the circulating gas and the mixed medium density parameter in real time,and there are certain errors in the measurement of the reactor parameters.The soft measuring instrument can meet the demand of the medium density measurement and reduce Key parameter measurement error,guide process operation,safe and stable production.
