对聚丙烯流化床反应器床高、床重、密度参数测量采用软测量方式。通过对比差压式测量仪表和核辐射式仪表,二者不能够实时反映循环气和混合介质密度参数变化,对反应器参数测量均存在一定误差,软测量仪表能够满足介质密度测量的需求,降低关键参数测量误差,指导工艺操作安全、平稳生产。
