摘要
防喷器是钻井工程重要的安全装备,是实施二次井控关键装备。目前对防喷器的管理依据是SY/T6160《防喷器检查和维修》,该标准规定了防喷器的判废规则:出厂时间年满16年应判废。结合防喷器的结构和生产程序以及国外防喷器管理,发现防喷器按年限判废是不合理的,而是应建立在防喷器的全面检测基础之上。
The blowout preventer is an important safety equipment for drilling engineering and a key equipment for implementing secondary well control.At present,the management of the blowout preventer is based on SY/T6160'Blowout Preventer Inspection and Maintenance',which stipulates the rules for the elimination of the blowout preventer:the factory time should be discarded after 16 years of delivery.Combined with the structure and production procedures of the blowout preventer and the management of foreign blowout preventers,it is unreasonable to think that the blowout preventer is discarded according to the age limit.The judgment of the blowout preventer should be established in the blowout prevention.Based on the comprehensive detection of the device.
