在我国制造业信息化水平逐渐提升的前提下,多种模具标准化、自动化生产技术开始出现,注塑模具标准化是塑胶产品生产的重要技术。主要探讨了注塑模具标准化与自动化设计,通过对注塑模具标准化的意义进行分析,提出促进塑料制品、塑胶制品快速生产的模具设计策略。

Under the premise of the gradual improvement of China’s manufacturing informationization level,a variety of mold standardization and automated production technologies have begun to appear.The standardization of injection molds is an important technology for the production of plastic products.This paper mainly discusses the standardization and automation design of injection molds.Through the analysis of the signi?cance of the standardization of injection molds,the paper proposes a mold design strategy to promote the rapid production of plastic products and plastic products.
