摘要
在之前的尿素生产期间,二氧化碳汽提法就得到了普遍的应用。根据之前的经验,通过加热蒸汽量的科学调节以及汽提塔液位的科学布置,进而让尿素生产具有操作容易、节省原料损耗的特征,受到尿素生产厂家的普遍认可。基于此,对传统的二氧化碳汽提法的实际操作进行概述,并引入二氧化碳汽提法的新工艺方法,比较分析新旧工艺在尿素生产过程中的优缺点。
During the previous urea production,carbon dioxide stripping method was widely used.According to previous experience,through the scientific regulation of heating steam quantity and the scientific arrangement of stripper liquid level,urea has the characteristics of easy operation and saving raw material consumption in the production process,which is generally recognized by urea manufacturers.Based on this,this paper gives a brief overview of the actual operation of the traditional carbon dioxide stripping method,and introduces a new process method of carbon dioxide stripping method,comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the new and old processes in urea production process.
