摘要
以CO2汽提法尿素生产工艺中设备腐蚀机理作为出发点,具体包括晶间腐蚀、均匀腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀、化学腐蚀以及选择性腐蚀,对各腐蚀机理进行系统介绍,分析了尿素生产中影响设备腐蚀的工艺原因,并按照影响原因提出针对性的改善措施。
Based on the corrosion mechanism of equipment in urea production process by CO2 stripping,this paper introduces the corrosion mechanism systematically,analyses the process reasons affecting equipment corrosion in urea production,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures according to the influence reasons,including intergranular corrosion,uniform corrosion,crevice corrosion,chemical corrosion and selective corrosion.
