摘要
通过对甲醇装置合成催化剂随运行时间出现性能下降,导致弛放气量增加与氢气回收单元回收能力不足的现状分析,提出进行工艺系统改造,以回收更多的氢气,优化合成系统氢碳比,从而达到节能、降耗、增产、提高经济效益又环保的目的。
The performance of the methanol synthesis catalyst decreases with the running time,it will cause the recovery capacity of hydrogen recovery unit be not enough.The transformation of process system is put forward,such as,recovering more hydrogen,optimizing synthesis system hydrogen carbon ratio,to achieve the goal of saving energy,reducing consumption,increasing production,increasing economic benefits and environmental protection.
