石油天然气安全事故应急管理策略分析

Analysis of Emergency Management Strategies for Petroleum and Natural Gas Safety Accidents

随着经济的不断发展,作为我国主要能源的石油天然气,也加强了开采力度。但是近年以来,石油天然气安全事故发生的几率也不断提高,为了保证我国施工人员的生命安全,更好地进行石油天然气的开采,应最大程度地规避事故发生的危险。针对一些石油天然气安全事故进行了一系列的研究,并提出了一些相关的解决方案,以降低石油天然气安全事故发生几率,从而促进我国石油天然气安全事故应急管理水平。

With the continuous development of our economy in recent years,oil and natural gas,as the main energy source of our country,has also strengthened in its exploitation process.However,in recent years,the probability of oil and gas safety accidents is also increasing.In order to ensure the safety of our construction personnel and better oil and gas exploitation,it is necessary to avoid the risk of accidents to the greatest extent.In this paper,a series of studies have been carried out on some oil and gas safety accidents,and some relevant solutions have been put forward for some common safety accidents.It is hoped that this can be used as a basis to reduce the probability of oil and gas safety accidents,so as to promote the level of emergency management of oil and gas safety accidents in China.
