石油是地球上不可再生的稀有资源,在人类的发展历史上占有着绝对重要的位置。任何工业领域都需要石油的介入,同时,所有国家的发展和国民的生活都离不开石油。因此,一个国家石油的储备能力和开采能力是决定一个国家是否发达、国民是否富裕的重要因素之一。现代石油开采的技术已经非常成熟,然而对于如何解决石油开采过程中的环境污染是目前石油从业人员的主要研究方向。主要对石油开采中的安全环保问题进行探讨,并结合中国可持续发展的方针给予相应的解决方案。

Petroleum is a rare and non-renewable resource on the earth,which occupies an absolutely important position in the history of human development.Oil is needed in any industrial field.At the same time,oil is indispensable to the development of all countries and the lives of their citizens.Therefore,the reserve capacity and exploitation capacity of a country’s oil is one of the important factors that determine whether a country is developed and whether its citizens are rich or not.The technology of modern petroleum exploitation has been very mature,but how to solve the environmental pollution in the process of petroleum exploitation is the main research direction of petroleum practitioners at present.This paper will discuss the safety and environmental protection problems in petroleum exploitation and give corresponding solutions in combination with China’s sustainable development policy.
