Identification and Control of Safety Management Hazards in Chemical Process Design

近年来,随着经济社会的不断发展,我国化学工业的发展也越来越快,但是发展较快并不意味着就没有问题。作为化学实验,如果在实验中不注意操作规范就容易发生危险事故,在化学工业设计中也是如此。如今安全性问题已经成为一个普遍关注的话题,为了减少化学行业工作中的安全事故,应在工艺设计的过程中做好防范以及安全管理措施,保证工作的安全性。主要分析在化学工业设计过程中做好安全管理的防范工作以及如何识别危险,并对其采取有效的控制措施。

In recent years,with the continuous development of economy and society,the industrialization of China’s chemistry has become faster and faster,but the rapid development does not mean that there is no problem.As a chemical experiment,it is easy to pay attention to the operation norms in the experiment.A dangerous accident occurs,as well as in chemical industrial design.Nowadays,the safety issue has become a topic of general concern.In order to reduce safety accidents in the chemical industry,prevention and safety management measures should be taken in the process of process design to ensure the safety of work.This paper mainly analyzes the prevention work of safety management in the chemical industry design process and how to identify the danger and take effective control measures.
