摘要
往复式压缩机在工业生产过程中,由于工作平稳、可靠、效率高,因此广泛应用。然而在其实际运行过程中,经常会出现缸内结焦现象,不仅降低设备的运转效率,严重时会造成设备故障的发生,其中重点部件会发生损坏,后期维护成本和难度较高,对生产经济效益产生比较大的影响,甚至有可能造成安全事故的发生。为此,有必要针对往复式压缩机结焦问题进行深入探讨,研究结焦现象产生的深层次原因,然后采取针对性的应对措施,有效避免该问题的发生。
Reciprocating compressors have a wide range of applications in the industrial production process due to their stable,reliable and high efficiency.However,in the actual operation process,the in-cylinder coking phenomenon often occurs,which not only reduces the operating efficiency of the equipment,but also causes equipment failures in serious cases,in which key components will be damaged,and the maintenance cost and difficulty are higher,and the production economy is high.Benefits have a relatively large impact,and may even cause a security incident.To this end,it is necessary to conduct in-depth discussion on the coking problem of reciprocating compressors,study the deep-seated causes of coking phenomenon,and then take targeted countermeasures to effectively avoid this problem.
