浓盐废水蒸发结晶控制系统的设计

摘要 根据某化工厂含盐废水环保处理要求,针对该系统废水处理量小、含盐量高的特点,处理工艺采用蒸发带蒸发结晶的工艺;要求将蒸发工艺同结晶工艺控制通过有效的控制方案,集成到一套控制系统中,并且针对蒸发结晶工段的晶浆浓度难以控制的特点,提出了晶浆浓度串级控制方案,利用可视化组态软件进行组态设计,显示流程画面及控制参数。经过调试运行表明,控制系统可实现蒸发和蒸发结晶一体化控制,该系统自动化程度高,协调性强,降低了设备投资,增加了关键参数的运行稳定性。 According to the requirements of environmental protection treatment of salty wastewater in a chemical plant,the treatment process uses evaporation evaporative crystallization process for the treatment of small amount of wastewater and high salt content.It is required to control the evaporation process and the crystallization process through effective control.The scheme is integrated into a control system;and for the characteristics that the crystal concentration of the evaporation crystallization section is difficult to control,a cascade control scheme of the crystal slurry concentration is proposed;the configuration configuration is visualized by the visual configuration software,and the flow screen is displayed and controlled.The parameters,after debugging and running,show that the control system can realize integrated control of evaporation and evaporation crystallization.The system has high degree of automation and strong coordination,which reduces equipment investment and increases the operational stability of key parameters.
