摘要
研究与实施乙烯装置裂解炉节能降耗是石油化工产业发展的必然结果。主要从裂解原料的选择与优化、烧焦控制方案的改良、热效率的提高、新型节能技术的应用以及裂解炉管理的加强等五个方面分析了乙烯装置裂解炉节能降耗措施。
Research and implementation of energy saving and consumption reduction of cracking furnace in ethylene plant is the inevitable result of the development of petrochemical industry.In this paper,the energy-saving and consumption-reducing measures of cracking furnace in ethylene plant are analyzed from five aspects:selection and optimization of cracking raw materials,improvement of coke burning control scheme,improvement of thermal efficiency,application of new energy-saving technology and strengthening of cracking furnace management.
