The purpose of overhaul of petrochemical plant is to remedy the weak links of the plant,eliminate the potential safety hazards affecting the long-term stable operation,and improve the long-term stable operation efficiency of the plant.Zhoushan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.of Zhoushan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.from the aspects of maintenance network control,maintenance plan formulation,HSE prevention and control,has formed a green overhaul management norm of'odor does not go up to heaven,dirty oil does not fall to the ground,noise does not disturb the people,no odor in the whole plant,zero discharge of sewage',which makes the overhaul more energy-saving,environmental protection and safety.
