Safety Problems in Experimental Training Teaching of Chemical Engineering Specialty

化工专业因其较强的操作性,具有和企业相联系的实际性。在开展化工专业学习中,实验实训教学是非常重要的一个部分,可以极大地锻炼学生的操作能力和对知识的实际掌握能力。在新课改的背景下,越来越多的高校开始注重化工专业的实用性,以往的实验实训教学中出现的问题也逐渐暴露出来,其中安全便是一个极大的问题。为了培养出真正的化工专业的人才,需要教师改善目前的实验实训教学境况,且高度重视实验室中的安全问题,避免出现悲剧,让学生在安全的环境中开始实验。主要从化工专业实验实训的教学现状和提高实验室安全性的可行性策略两个方面进行分析,希望可以使化工专业在实验室中可能出现的安全性问题得到改善。

Because of its strong operability and practicality associated with enterprises,experimental and practical teaching is a very important part in the study of chemical engineering specialty,which can greatly exercise the students’operational ability and practical grasp of knowledge.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,more and more colleges and universities begin to pay attention to the practicability of chemical engineering specialty.The problems in the past experiment and training teaching are gradually exposed,among which safety is a great problem.In order to better train the real chemical professionals,teachers need to improve the current experimental training teaching situation,and attach great importance to the safety problems in the laboratory to avoid tragedy,so that students can start experiments in a safe environment.This paper mainly talks about the current situation of chemical engineering experimental training and the feasible strategies to improve laboratory safety.It is hoped that the safety problems that may arise in the laboratory of chemical engineering specialty can be improved to a certain extent.
