某生活垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液处理工程案例

Leachate Treatment Project of a Domestic Waste Incineration Plant

对福建某生活垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液处理工程案例进行了论述,对渗滤液处理选用预处理+UBF+MBR+RO工艺,经该工艺处理后,出水水质指标为SS:5.2mg/L;CODCr:75mg/L;BOD5:17mg/L;NH3-N:8.3mg/L。出水符合GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》的一级标准,处理效果良好且运行稳定。同时对该工艺进水水量、水质,投资成本等进行了详细描述。

This paper discusses the case of leachate treatment in a domestic waste incineration plant in Fujian.The treatment of leachate is pretreated with+UBF+MBR+RO.After the treatment,the effluent quality index is SS:5.2 mg/L.;CODCr:75 mg/L;BOD5:17 mg/L;NH3-N:8.3 mg/L.The effluent meets the first-class standard of GB 8978-1996'Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard',and the treatment effect is good and the operation is stable.At the same time,the influent water quantity,water quality and investment cost of the process are described in detail.
