汽车涂装磷化成膜影响因素的研究

摘要 通过对磷化参数的调整及分析,研究了不同影响因素下的磷化膜形貌特征。试验结果表明,磷化工艺适宜的实验条件为:磷化液温度:35℃~40℃;磷化时间:2~3min;总酸度浓度为120g/L、游离酸与总酸比为1:30;促进剂浓度:0.3gL~0.6g/L。 Through the adjustment and analysis of phosphating parameters,the characteristics of phosphating films under different influencing factors were discussed.The results showed that the optimum phosphating process parameters were:Phosphorizing solution temperature between 35 and 45℃,phosphating time between 2 and 3 min,total acidity is 120 g/L,the specific value between free acidity and total acidity is 1:30 and the concentration of promoter between 0.3 and 0.6 g/L.
