摘要
以某企业开展供应商第二方审核为例,从实际业务出发,对其推进中遇到的一些问题,提出相应的策略,帮助企业提升第二方审核管理水平,实现需求方与供应方的双赢。
Proceeding from the second party inspection of suppliers in one enterprise,this paper starts with practical operation and proposes countermeasures to problems in the process in the hope of improving the management of second party inspection to realize the win-win of both parties.
