摘要
以汽车销售顾问岗位能力素质模型为基础,结合我国汽车销售顾问的培训现状和汽车销售顾问销售软实力培训需求,确定出汽车销售顾问销售软实力培训项目,对应不同的培训项目,建设完成汽车销售顾问销售软实力提升培训课程体系。同时,根据课程体系中部分课程在汽车销售企业中的培训效果反馈,证明课程体系具有一定的实用性和适用性,具有社会服务能力。
This paper studied present situation and requirement of soft power training of auto sales staff to identify its related training programme accordingly and construct the whole training course system on the basis of automobile sales consultant competency model.At the meanwhile,the training course system is proved to be effective and feasible in social practice according to the feedback of trainees.
