摘要
20~700μg/ml的La(NO3)3处理的苜蓿种子吸水速率明显加快,膜的通透性增大,呼吸作用增强。其中,用500μg/mlLa(NO3)3处理效果最佳,用1200~1500μg/mlLa(NO3)3处理则抑制种子萌发。
The medic seed was soaked in La(NO3)3 solution with concentrations of 20~700μg/ml for 48h.Results showed that the germination of seeds and the root growth were promoted and chlorophyll contents in the seedling were increased.The soaked seeds increased water absorption rate,membrane permeability and respiration rate.The soaking treatment with 500μg/ml La(NO3)3 was recommendable.Soaking with 1200~1500μg/ml La(NO3)3 could inhibit germination.
