This paper emphasizes the explanations of catering to the market and basing on each person. It sticks to relating theory with practice , getting close to the social reality and the school educational reality and probing deeply into the inert law of direction to obtain employment and education of pioneering work , so as to explore our own characteristics in the direction to obtain employment and the theoretical system and operating mode of the education of doing pioneering work , which include the leaders' high attention , measurements and systems being ready , organization being sound ,efforts of improving the teaching quality , promoting all-sidedly the comprehensive quality of students , providing wholeheartedly the direction of obtaining employment for students and the service of education of pioneering work .
