摘要 在加拿大社区学院,以就业为本的教育运行机制,植根于经济社会发展实际需要,突显出协调、灵活、高效的优越特征。具有就业指向的关键绩效指数,呈现出职业教育与需求的关联程度,反映学生、雇主、社区、行业和国家期望,促进教育运行机制日趋成熟。以学生为中心的服务体系,对象明确、功能直接、界定清晰,无论是集成教育系统,还是分解教学单元,其针对性、可操作性突出,容易寻找得心应手的实践途径。 In Canadian community college,employment-oriented education mechanism roots in social needs and owns its advantages such as orderly,flexible and efficient;its employment performance index shows close connection between vocational education and social needs,taking account of expectation of students,employers,community and the country,so as to promote the maturity of education mechanism.In its students-centered service system with clear objective,direct function and clear definition,not only the integrated education system but also separates teaching units are easy to be realized because of their pertinence and operability.
