高端技能型专门人才系统培养的研究与实践

On Systematic Training of High Level Technical Talents

本课题通过企业调研,提出了高端技能型专门人才应具备的"三种素质(技能、思维、品德)和五种能力(资源合理支配、人际关系处理、信息获取利用、系统分析综合、多种技术应用)",围绕学生职业素质和核心能力的培养,构建"德技并重,知识技能态度三位一体"的人才培养目标体系、实施保障体系与人才培养质量评价体系,并对这一研究成果的推广情况进行了介绍。

Through research in enterprises,this paper puts forward 'three qualities and five abilities' that high level technical talents should possess.Centering on the cultivation of students' professional quality and core ability,it is advised to construct 'moral goes with skill,trinity of knowledge,skill and attitude' talents training goal system,guarantee system,and assessment system.The promotion of the research results is introduced as well.
