摘要
本文介绍了利用PLC改造机床的一种新方法,详细描述了由机床控制电路图设计成PLC梯形图的解决方法、步骤,从而可以提高整个电气控制系统的性能。改造结果表明,系统获得了良好的控制效果,为机床进行技术改造提供了有效途径。
In this essay,a new method of machine transformation with PLC is introduced.Detailed description is made on method and procedure of designing PLC ladder diagram from machine-control circuit chart,so as to improve the whole electrical control system efficiency.The transformation result shows that system can be effectively controlled so as to provide an effective way for machine transformation.
