高职商务英语专业对岗施教的探索与实践

On Position-oriented Teaching Mode for Business English Specialty of Higher Vocational Education

商务英语专业在我国高职高专院校普遍开设,但在专业定位、培养目标、职业面向等方面依然存在问题,不能满足经济全球化背景下我国国际商务人才的需求。因此,应借鉴德国的职业教育经验,对商务英语专业进行分方向教学,实行对岗施教,从而培养适应能力强、岗位针对性强的高端技能型国际商务人才。

Business English specialty is set up universally in higher vocational colleges.However,there are many problems in specialty positioning,training targets and vocation-orientation.As a result,colleges can not meet the talents needs of international business in the situation of economy globalization.Therefore,vocational colleges should follow the examples of German vocational education,dividing business English specialty into several professional emphasis,so as to foster highly-skilled international business talents with good adaptability and strong pertinence.
