摘要
伴随着文化产业的转型升级,文化创意产业园区的发展呈现不同的态势:有的朝气蓬勃,发展势头良好;有的则缺乏活力,逐渐走向衰落。通过对相关案例的分析,发现创意社群集聚的滞后是文化创意产业园亟待解决的难题。通过对文化创意者创业实践的剖析,认为社群参与则是提升文化创意企业成活率,培育创意社群集聚,与产业同步发展的关键,而新自由主义和社群主义的角力则是社群参与的影响要素。最后,借助场景理论框架,尝试梳理出能够激发或提高社群参与的场景维度,并就如何优化提升它们提出有针对性的建议。
With the transformation and upgrading of cultural industry,the development of creative-culture industrial parks begin to take on different situations:Some are flourishing,full of vigor and vitality;and some are lacking energy and declining gradually.Case-researches show that creative-community agglomeration’s lagging is the barrier urgently needs to pass through.By analyzing creatives practices,it reveals that community participation influence highly on improving the survival rate of creative-cultural enterprises,cultivating creative communities and associating development with the industry,Balance between Neo liberalism and Communitarianism is the core stone.The key dimensions that are most effective on inspiring or improving community participation are selected based on the framework of the Scene Theory together advices on how to elevate them.
