摘要
旅游小镇以高市场接受度、高成长性、高投资回报、高就业等特征,受到市场、资本、政府等多重关注,成为新型城镇化的政策指向和投资'风口'。旅游小镇常常以历史古镇为依托,人文、历史是其特有的要素特征,带动了餐饮、住宿、购物等连带性的消费,适应了参与、体验、休闲的新型旅游趋势。但并不是在古镇上植入旅游元素就可以完成历史古镇向旅游小镇的转化,只有构建体系化的业态布局和盈利能力,形成各要素之间的协调、互动、强化,才能形成旅游小镇可持续的增长机制,促进旅游小镇健康发展。
With the high market acceptance,high growth rate,high return on investment and high employment rate,the tourist town has attracted much attention from the market,capital and government,and has become a new policy direction of the new urbanization and investment'outlet'.The tourist town is often based on the historic town,and the humanities and history are its characteristic elements.It has led to the catering,accommodation,shopping and other industries,and adapted to the new tourism trend of participation,experience and leisure.But not in the ancient town tourism elements can be completed into historical town into small tourism.Tourist town can form sustainable growth mechanism,promote the healthy development of the tourism town,only by constructing systematic layout and profitability,and forming coordination,interaction and intensification amony various elements.
